Introduction to Breastfeeding After Breast Reduction Surgery
5 Lessons -
Maximizing Milk Supply Post Breast Reduction Surgery
5 Lessons
If you're pregnant and you've had breast reduction or breast lift surgery you're most likely asking:
"Can I Breastfeed my Baby?"
And the frustrating answer is that nobody can tell. Not a lactation consultant, midwife or even your surgeon. The simple answer is that you will have to wait and see.
However, I have great news for you! There are many many things you can do both before and after your baby is born to maximise your breastfeeding experience and how much breast milk your baby (or babies) get.
This course aims to do just that:
- Teaches you how your breasts work and how surgery may have affected the way that they make and deliver milk
- Helps you understand the ways to maximise your milk supply
- Shows you what tools or equipment you can use to increase your production and keep your baby feeding at the breast
- Introduces you to mind-body techniques that support you on your journey
- Explains when and how to find further help or support.
and so much more.
The course structure is shared below and uses video lessons, written text, downloadable PDF and resource links.
